PoolBoss is pool service management software for independent pool service companies, built around the daily job of a route tech: drive the route, test the water, log what went in, prove it to the customer, and get paid. Technicians use a mobile app that shows today's stops in order, records chemical readings and photos, and keeps working offline. Owners use a browser dashboard to build recurring routes, assign technicians, send automatic service reports, and invoice from completed visits with online payment, autopay, and QuickBooks Online sync. Water balance (LSI), dosing, equipment tracking, and a customer portal are included. Pricing is flat by pool count, never per seat or per pool, and every plan includes every feature.
